I don't even remember when I applied for this position. It must have been a long time already, but one day out of the blue I received a call from them. There is a mathematical exam given before an actual interview. The interview was a two person panel. Your basic interview questions were asked along with an example from you on how to sell. I received a call for hire a couple days after the interview.

I submitted my application online. HR called me and did a phone interview and then had me come in for testing. The testing was personality type questions i.e. how do you feel about X, have you ever stolen etc.. Two days after I took the test they set up an in person interview with the HR Manager. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and I was job offered a few days after my interview.
