Finmkt recruitment team visited our campus and given a intro on day 1. On the same day they conducted paper based assessment with 45 apptitude and 60 or some count i don't remember from technical. They setted some value and shortlisted the people made it. The shortlisted people had an interview and im one of them. Most of the questions are asked based on the projects and skills mentioned in resume. The questions are easy and simple if you are good at the skills mentioned. Communication played major role greater than skills here. So be confident to answer.
