People didn't seem to be serious about hiring someone. The interview was rescheduled multiple times, and on three occasions, no one joined the scheduled interview call. Each time, I had to reach out to HR, only to find out that the interviewer was not available. After the interview, HR ghosted me and didn’t answer my calls or messages. Giving interview here is waste of time.

It was a 3 round process, starting with Tech round, Founder round and HR round. It was a smooth process and it was a 2 way conversation where interviewee also gets to know more about the role and company.
