They interview process is extremely repetitive, which is very odd that during every step in the 3 round interview, they ask the same exact questions. This come off as extremely counter productive. They will make you do “homework”, which consists of multiple essay questions and some Excel work. During the 2 separate on site interviews, they will not make eye contact with you and just stare down as a piece of paper writing down every word you say. While I understand taking some notes is important, however it feels like you’re taking to a robot, which makes it hard to really have a conversation or show any personality. One of the questions they ask multiple times is “what do you envision this role being like?” Most companies will simply tell the candidate what the role is like, instead of having them guess what they are interviewing for. Overall it was a very lengthy and repetitive interview process, and will take up hours of your time. For the salary that they offer, it is quite excessive.

First was a phone interview and the final round was in person. The questions were not that difficult. The questions are mostly customer service related and how well you can work with others. The final round was with the manager and the HR manager. The process went smoothly and I was told I would be contact by the end of the week. I was told Wednesday but received a call Friday with a job offer.
