The interview process was chaotic. I got a no show and another interview people showing up quite late without an announcement. One of the interviews took 1hr more. They wanted to make their team "international" but many people don't speak English, just French. After 4 rounds of interview, they asked me how I would manage a team where 3 people don't speak English. They never got back to me after that interview (neither a no or yes). I don't have French listed in my CV, so obviously we have wasted time.
