A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. After a quick screening call I was sent on to the interview process. When I went in, I had two interviews back to back with two hiring managers each. It was a nice environment, and it was quite easy to relax. The interview was about a week after the phone screen, and I heard back from them about their decision roughly two weeks later.
