Entretien
I was interviewing for a position I was already in, but in a different city. So interviewing was not too difficult as I knew about the daily actions I would be doing. I was however, asked a lot of generic interview questions, like "choose 3 words to describe yourself" or "how do you cope with pressure." I felt almost like I had over prepared for the interview. Of course, different managers, different interviewing methods, so it's always best to know as much about the products, position, and growth oppertunities.

It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on

First, there was a brief phone call with the recruiter (to discuss pay expectations and provide a brief explanation of your previous experience), followed by an in-person interview directly with the manager.
