Entretien
Standard interview process- 3 interviews total:
Screener, Direct Manager, Culture Fit.
Typical questions asked during interview- why are you looking for a change, how would you tackle X, Y, Z situation with a customer, strengths, weakness, etc.
I had 6 rounds of interviews over the course of three days, speaking with 7 team members in total. The first day was a typical phone screening interview with the recruiter who explained the process moving forward very well. Second day was a zoom call with a manager who got me really excited about the opportunity. Third day consisted of 3 zoom interviews in a row with 2 senior positions, a manager, and a VP of sales followed by a short call with the Director of sales.
The talent acquisition team were helpful in helping me prepare for each step. Everyone on the team was punctual, really easy to talk to, and got me excited to join the team. The individual interviews all consisted of a few minutes getting to know each other, discovering why I want to partner with FieldRoutes specifically, and how my previous employment history will help me be successful in the role. The team was willing to answer all of my answers towards the end of each interview. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better interview experience.
