Entretien
Mostly they are hiring via consultancy. There is a recruitment drive that is being run almost every year. Lot of people are called in on same day from different consultancies.There are 4 rounds of interview:
1. 1st round - Written test of 35 mins where you have 4 sections .Each section is time bound.
Sections on Finance, SQL, Graphs interpretation,general aptitude. Online test
monitored over webcam.
2. If you clear written test, then you are called for face to face interview.
Technical round - Questions on agile, SQL, your resume.
3. Managerial round - Case study to draw context diagram, write user stories, assumptions.
4. HR Round- for salary discussions
All face to face rounds happen on same day - Technical, managerial , HR.
If you did not have HR round on the same day, most likely they are not going to select your profile.
They interview candidates from all the domains but generally they hire the person who has worked on Finance domain and on the products they deal with. If you are from Finance background, then you may be drilled more on Finance related questions.
Interviewers are good.They make you feel comfortable. Snacks and water arrangement for the candidates. They are generally very quick to respond. People get offer letter within a week or two after the HR round if they are selected. If you are not selected, you are intimated via email from their HR team in a day or two.
