The process took 4 weeks. Took a First round video interview that mainly strength-based followed by a second round motivational and strength-based interview. After that, I was invited to the assessment centre. It took up the entire day and involved a psychometric test; strength-based interview; p test and group work. The overall experience was highly beneficial.
