Online Test, Phone interview, Skype interview, Assessment Centre. Interviews were well conducted, friendly atmosphere and predominantly conventional competency questions as well as Why us? Why You? etc. Good communication and response time between stages and the Assessment Centre was organised and catered for the candidates very well. Assessment Centre was a full day involving a 90 minute individual task, a group task and a personal interview. Experience was challenging but enjoyable overall.
