Entretien
I had a three-round interview with fibonalabs. First is basic info from HR, then the second round is based on the technical round, and the third round is a live task-oriented interview, and there was an option either I go online or in-person. I've chosen the in-person one because, if possible, choose the in-person option. It is much better that the employer gets to meet you, and the advantage for you is that you can show so much more, which can have more time.

How would you communicate the benefits of a design system approach to your client when he has no idea about?

It was a smooth interview process, involving HR round, Designer round, and Co-Founders review.
HR round was about my description and validation of my employment/ College.
Design interview was a review of my portfolio and discussion on how can I make things better in terms of industry. Also, friendly nature of interviewers helped me to understand how does design work at Fibonalabs.
Co-founders' round was about my personal involvement in design and why. If any career switches, why? and few questions related to my passion towards UX design. A simple discussion round rather than a formal interview, which led me to have a great rapo with the co-founder and understand their vision.

1. 1st Interview Screening Round
2. Design Assignment
3. Assignment and Portfolio Review Round
4. HR Round
