Some days after the application, I was invited to the interview and understood that was not the culture for me. They were rushing me, and seemingly too busy and willing to get out of the call. Everything was SO accelerated, which can increase a lot the stress in the candidate. Even if they promised an answer after the interview, I didn't get one until a month after. Also, not the most professional communication. Seriously, terrible candidate experience. I don't want to be part of a recruiting team that treats candidates like this.

Entretien
I interviewed with this company in December and it was an awful experience. The woman who interviewed me- her name was Beatriz. She came off really condescending in the interview and I felt like she really didn’t care to listen to me at all which made me feel like I was wasting my time. Then after, I’m told I need to do an IQ test which was ridiculous since I have no idea what math equations have to do with talent acquisition. Anyways, immediate red flags from the get go.
