The Mettl IQ test they make you complete is infantilizing for mid/senior-level positions. Run a better hiring process if you're worried about the raw intelligence of your candidates. I made it through multiple rounds and was given four days to complete a 40+ slide pitch deck as a "test." Didn't get the position and wasn't given any reason.
