Very casual. Recruiter from Fetch contacted me after I applied online. They sent me a coding exercise to be done in my own time with no time limit. I completed it in a day and sent them a link to the Git repository. Heard nothing for two weeks and then go a short email saying they went with another candidate.

They sent a home task, I spend a couple evenings implementing it, then sent it back. They said they were impressed and asked for some availability for tech screening interview - which I provided. No answer after that, ever. Morale - do not solve their home tasks (everyone else's experience as well with them).
