Asked questions to make sure you would be a good fit with the company
Asked less than 10 questions
Had only one interview with the deli manager and got hired on the spot and negotiated salary
Most of the interview was spent preparing for orientation and starting the job
Very straightforward and easy. Once they call you, you meet with the department manager and have a fairly informal interview. They will usually hire shortly after if not on the spot.

I attended an open interview, and met with my interviewer at a table. He first went over my resume and application, and then talked about different available positions that I may be interested in based on my experience. He asked me a lot of behavioral and situational questions, and some I had to think about before responding. I got the job, and he proceeded to explain the orientation process and stuff to know about this new store.

Short sweet and little information , super staged they acted like they cared and wanted to help but clearly they have not so I left ik that I work hard for working and to put 5 people work and responsibly on the youngest person there (which was me at the time)
