The process was well structured on paper but in reality felt unstructured and disorganised. The competency interview segment of the assessment centre was particularly disappointing: the HR representative was absent for most of the session, and the interviewer appeared visibly disinterested, frequently looking at another screen while candidates were speaking and making dismissive facial expressions. Not the professional standard you'd expect from a company of Ferrero's reputation.
