started with a Screening interview basic questions and learning about the position, recruiter is super nice. Next a video interview i'm pretty sure its one way the first time, basic questions about working with others and your leadership abilities, next invited to in person interview

Flown out to Virginia had a great experience met great people and got to see what the company was all about and awesome hospitality. The people were very helpful and they know what they are looking for which is comforting.
