Spoke to a recruiter at a campus event. I filled out the online application, and was then contacted for a short phone interview, then completed an online video interview, and then my interview process was put on hold until I got closer to Graduation. The interview process was very extensive, but it seemed like getting a job was not too difficult. I was offered the position, but ended up accepting a position with another company. Overall, I think Ferguson is a great company with a good culture.

This was the most frustrating interview process I’ve ever had. I did the hirevue interview and then got invited to do a phone interview with Rachel Jansen. The phone interview was scheduled for May 15th and she never called so I sent a follow up, she apologized and rescheduled. The day of the rescheduled interview she once again didn’t call. I sent a follow up and never heard from her again until about 2 weeks later I received an automated rejection email. While now I’m grateful to not work for a company who has no respect for their potential candidates, it was extremely frustrating. The job market is really rough right now, so for a recruiter to do that is extremely disappointing.
