It seems like this person may have writing about a different company? It's been 25 years since we've only had 3 employees. We currently have 40 employees, many that have been here for years (in 2014 we had about 20). Overtime is paid to all (non exempt) employees that work over 40 hours, which happens regularly (all are non exempt except for upper management). It is not clear why someone would misrepresent the company in this manner. We have high standards, which isn't for everyone and we do expect people to be working when they are at work.
