I had an amazing 30 minute phone interview with a recruiter who told me that I was definitely moving on to the next round of interviews...and then he ghosted, never to be heard from again. I tried to follow up but he couldn't be bothered to respond. Incredibly disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism displayed by Fender HR!

Had a phone interview for a high-level marketing role. The recruiter, while very friendly, was 40 minutes late for the interview. The interview itself was very structured with a long list of various marketing-related questions and compensation expectations. The interview was more of a phone screen, with the interviewer typing as I spoke about my experience. The recruiter's communication post-interview was poor and did not meet her commitments to following up nor did she respond to emails. Overall they gave the impression that it is a very disorganized place to work.
