It takes time and effort to both go through an interview and to leave a review, and for that we are appreciative. Our process for each and every Feedonomics candidate begins with an initial interview designed to be an introduction. We feel that EQ (e.g., emotional intelligence) is the key to any successful hire. If the candidate and Talent Acquisition Manager have a rapport and the baseline qualifications are met, then we set up (at least) two more rounds of technical interviews. These conversations are more technical in nature and dive deeper into the role and skill set needed.
