Applied on the website. Went through the recruiter & hiring manager interviews. Unfortunately, they sent me a take home assignment that took ~5 hours and wasn't looked at or discussed at all. Just felt like a waste of time having candidates doing a technical assignment just to be rejected at a behavioral level. The ordering is off.
