The recruiter calls first and sets up a quick interview then sets up another interview with your "possible" future direct supervisor. I got the job but I should have seen the warning signs when my "future" direct supervisor couldn't describe what I would be doing or where I would be working. A week before I was to begin my first day at work I received a call from the "executive" in Supply Chain Management ( the same person who interviewed me via phone after the recruiter) at 7 PM that he had bad news.......he says "the position has been defunded." I lost three weeks of job searching because the job was not really established. He apologized a lot and I kept it polite but in my mind it seemed like it was never there and they were just using me to try to get the 3PL contract. That was very unprofessional as I had spent gas money to travel to the orientation and the drug test site (not close to my house) and all the paperwork I signed and job offers(three) that I declined because I thought I already had a job. This was to be my first job after completing a 20 year military career and it really left a bad taste in my mouth for how civilian job offers can be so brittle and mean nothing. I guess I am just used raising my hand and pledging to work at a place and be faithful until my time is up 20 years later.

video interview first - 8 questions. Surprising that they'd ask so many questions in the video as some were very thorough and differ from the typical ones, like "Tell me about yourself", "What do you know about us?", "How do you believe you meet the qualifications?", etc.
You get a short time for considering an answer (90 seconds, I think), and then the same to record your answer.
