I arrive was not greeted only time I was greeted when the employee came from the back room it was a lady however I was direct to the manager office were I was ask to take a set I was question about how I style my hair that we are not aloud to have red hair or braids my hair was not like that at the time,Truly I was in astonish but I needed the job so I continue on with the interview i then handed him my resume and cover letter.
Standard interview. We discussed about past work experience, how you've handled conflicts in the work place, why you see yourself working here, etc. Asked about job flexibility as I was in school at the time of the interview.

3 Rounds of Interviews. HR, manager and District manager. Process seemed straight forward. Asked question such as: what do you want to work at Fedex Office. What skills can you bring to the table. Can you multitask...etc

First there was a phone interview where I was asked about why I wanted this position. Next was an in person interview with my center manager. I was asked about prior positions and why I left my previous job. Then I met with a regional manager to see if I was fit for this position.
