it is a complete mess, no one is prepared for anything, the manager I interviewed with literally said "I don't know how to do anything, I have people do it for me"

Applied online, call back within 2-3 weeks. Had a quick phone interview. Next I interviewed with 2 office center managers that were very nice and casual. Interview took 10 mins.
