The interview was pretty easy/run-of-the-mill. Basic questions about experiences you had as an employee, etc. Nothing advanced. They want to make sure that you look nice and have a good personality, to see how you would be interacting with customers.

First there was a phone interview where I was asked about why I wanted this position. Next was an in person interview with my center manager. I was asked about prior positions and why I left my previous job. Then I met with a regional manager to see if I was fit for this position.
