Had a good conversation with Operations manager and export supervisor where we had a good workaround on my previous experience and knowledge and Finally on my IT Literate, Then I got to know about the role and way it works completely
Very quick and simple process. I started working about 2 weeks after my job offer. With covid still happening, everything was done over the phone or video interview. My hiring manager was super helpful as well
