Standard, they had a paper with various questions. You get the typical Strengths/Weaknesses, what would you do if you saw someone doing wrong etc..I did hear others have a easier time. Most I hear is they just gave them the job

I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.

Straight to the point and basic questions. Tell me about yourself? How do you handle a stressful situation? Can you deal with changing weather
Then the interviewer will conclude with a typical week of a courier
