Really easy. When I did it, it was all virtual and I was able to rerecord my answers if I wasn't satisfied which made me feel way more confident. It also helped that I was able to do it at home in an environment that I felt safe in. They basically send a file of questions and then you record your response.

Two interviews. One with HR person and then with hiring manager. Final interview with manager, she didn't even have the camera on because it was "broken". That set up a weird dynamic talking to an empty scree. After every question and answer, she did not respond at all, just went onto the next question. They use AI a lot through the process.

I was interviewed and hired over the phone, asked some basic questions and had the position explained to me. They asked if I had Microsoft Word experience and customer service experience. Also if I had ever handled issues with packages being held by customs.
