Made me go through 5 Zoom interviews and also told me to stop at the location I was interviewing for and give feedback for the 4th interview. Besides the jumping through hoops, the interviewers were showing signs of racism (trying to desperately hire white people in manager position for a community that was primarily black). When I turned down the position, offering feedback that they should instead hire a woman of color in that position (no black community wants a white woman like me telling them how to run their store, rightly so), they ignored me and ghosted me.
