J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez FedEx (Chapel Hill, NC) en janv. 2015
Entretien
I applied for the position through career services at my university. There was a prompt response from someone in HR who asked to set up a phone interview. The interview went smoothly and a lot of the questions were behavioral with some questions regarding what I knew about their current operations.
About two weeks afterwards I was sent an e-mail asking to schedule a group interview with 2 managers over skype. This interview was again more behavioral however had some questions regarding how to most effectively target clients and how I would improve FedEx's marketing strategy. The interview lasted about an hour and seemed to go fine.
Afterwards I heard nothing for about a month. I was a little surprised because everything had gone well and had to send multiple emails throughout the entire process constantly inquiring for information regarding whether I was still in consideration.
I finally received notice that I had received an offer, however by that time I was so frustrated with their lack of organization that I ended up turning it down. FedEx overall has a great company but they need to really fix their currently weak HR system. This could have gone better.
