Literally one of the worst hiring processes I have ever been through. I was initially contacted by the Hiring Manager for a phone screen, the interview was entirely behavioral and I thought I didn't do too bad but the manager refused to clearly state how the follow-up procedures are going to be like. Then I spent the next 3 weeks sending this guy multiple reminders about any updates on the status of my application but got no replies. But out of nowhere this manager guy updates me on email at night 11:30 about scheduling the next round which was a panel interview. The panel interview was scheduled where he just gave me the date and time and asked me if I was available, I didn't think too much about scheduling it to a later date with this guy's lack of responsiveness. The panel interview went well, I thought I did enough to warranty an offer, was only stumped by one question rest all I answered pretty confidently but it's about to be a month now since that final round I haven't got any updates from them in spite of my multiple emails to them asking about my status that whether I am rejected or is the process still on-going ? Their hiring process is an absolute disgrace, I feel like they interview 10-15 people for the final round and then intimate only the one who they decide to hire, they leave rest all hanging without any update even on their rejection, don't even have the basic courtesy and professionalism to send a rejection email to all the candidates who didn't make it. So doing interviews with this company is either an Offer at the end or No Closure, no update. So if you dont hear back from them for 2 weeks after you final round, consider yourself rejected cuz they would never tell, they expect you to know yourself

Got an initial phone interview, 2 weeks later I did the technical interview. Waited for about a month before hearing back from the company and finally I accepted the offer letter.
