The interview was done in person in front of a panel of 3 people giving the interview. The beginning you give a little bit of background information on yourself (your motivation for applying). Then they ask you about 5 questions in which you have to answer in the BAR format (Background, Action, Results). Afterwards you give your closing remarks, which is basically your opportunity to sell yourself and highlight your achievements

Question 1
Asked in the BAR method - tell us about a time when you had an argument with someone in the workplace

They will ask you behavior questions and expect you to answer using the BAR technique (background, action, result). Most of the questions are about your past experiences. Take your time to clarify questions before answering them.
