I was interviewed by the department manager and a program manager within the department. Lots of questions on process and scenario questions (how would you handle a particular situation). Overall, the interview process was very professional and I was offered the position a couple of hours after the interview.

I was referred by a friend. First i submitted my resume and was contacted by the hiring manager for a short telephone interview. If all is well, a computer test will be arranged. The first stage is a personality test on a computer. It was a 2 or 3 hour test with numerous questions on how you would react on different situations, arithmetic questions and operational related questions. This will be followed by an interview session by two managers if the personality test result was successful.
