J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez FedEx (Davenport, FL) en nov. 2017
Entretien
There was no interview process when I was hired. I was brought in at the same time with a small group of other applicants and given information on the company, the way the building functioned and what we could expect once we were out on the floor.
Apply and Hired was how FedEx treated it's "potential employees" two years ago. It was very impersonal and definitely gave off their urgency to just get people out on the work floor.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
