No interview really. Just orientation and information input on computer. Got hired during peak time and they asked if I wanted to stay part time and kept me. They'll pretty much hire anyone. As long as you try they will keep you.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
