Hired through a friend. Ask mostly behavioral questions. Stuff like what was a time that you had a conflict with a person. How do you handle conflicts. Given this situation what would you do. Why do you want to work here. What groups are you in and what do you like to do
The process was standard. It was a behavioral interview. They were late to the meeting, but once we got started everything was fine. Be sure to use the STAR method when answering questions.

quick phone call where an interviewer called and started with basic questions. His phone kept cutting out which was a bit annoying and it cut into the interview time. He asked how close I was to the office location and if I would have transportation there
