J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FedEx (Forest Park, GA) en déc. 2016
Entretien
The interview was quick, about 10 minutes. They called to tell me to come in. I did. Discussed the typical hire-related details and was literally working within the same week. That includes the "interview", orientation/facility tour, and your first day. I'm not sure if they ran a background check.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
