First is the the phone call, then background check, then orientation and work starts. Process is very straightforward and you can get started relatively quickly. Very easy process they really give just abiut anybody with internet access
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FedEx (Orlando, FL) en avr. 2017
Entretien
Super easy, i wouldn't even call it an interview. Applied, 2 weeks later got a call to come in for interview. Interview lasted no more than 5 minutes. Basically asked 3 yes or no questions. Only question you had to go in depth about was "How you handle conflicts with co workers". Asked me to pick a shift and asked if i had any other questions. Said once background clears someone will be calling to schedule orientation. No drug test. Pretty easy. I realized i wasnt told the pay, but u might wanna mention that.
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
Easy, wasnt much of a process to be honest they pretty much hire anyone. You have to pass the drug test. I went in and sat in an office and the lady went over the job description and then you do a drug test in a medical office up the street.
