Entretien
Within 3 minutes of submitting my application online I received an email asking a few more questions pretty sure it was from a robot cuz it was 3 in the morning. So I answered the questions and went to bed. I heard back the next morning from a recruitment team member that my phone was good. Then I got an email with lots of instructions but it made it easy to do at least. I thought it was going to be hard but it wasn't at all you just have to order your driving record which cost 6.50 and you get online right away. I kind of thought maybe it was a scam cuz I had to pay but the website is from Texas so I knew it was real. So the recruitment person helped a lot with a tip to use my phone so I could take a picture of my license and my insurance card and to take a screenshot on my phone of my driving record. Then you just go to a website in the email and it knows who you are and you click the button and upload your pictures from your phone. Right away after I did that i got an email with a link and signed up for training that weekend. Training was 3 hours long and there were lots of times offered which impressed me. I did mine at Saturday morning and started working that night. It's sometims tricky at first but it gets easier. You have two trainers first you have one that talks to everyone about favor and tells you how it works and how the money works and then you go out in your car with another trainer who shows you how it works. I like this job. It is easy and usually customers are nice. I like getting to pick my own hours. I did driving for uber before this and another delivery company and favor is way better and better money and the people at favor are way nicer.

Application was done through the Runner app, it was easy enough, most question were just about basic qualifications. Asked about Mr previous experience handling time sensitive deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Entretien
You will just submit very basic information online, then they will schedule you to attend a short group orientation in person at a conference room near you. I believe we watched a video. We received our delivery bag there as well, but I think you wait up to a couple weeks for the runner credit card in the mail.

Entretien
There was no interview. You just have to show up to one of the orientations where they explain a little bit about the company and how to use the app to do deliveries. They'll give you a shirt and then you are pretty much on your way. After that you have to sign up for slots to do the actual deliveries.
