Entretien
Very casual interview setting. Took place at a local coffee shop with several other applicants being interviewed by management team. Sat at a table with the manager and runner support team. They asked casual questions and offered to buy applicants a drink. I then shadowed a more experienced runner on a quick Favor Delivery run. I just rode along and observed as the runner explained the process as we went through the typical steps involved in a Favor Run. After two separate delivery runs this section of the interview process was over and I was told I would hear back shortly. Was offered the position the next day.

Entretien
You will just submit very basic information online, then they will schedule you to attend a short group orientation in person at a conference room near you. I believe we watched a video. We received our delivery bag there as well, but I think you wait up to a couple weeks for the runner credit card in the mail.

There was no interview. You just have to show up to one of the orientations where they explain a little bit about the company and how to use the app to do deliveries. They'll give you a shirt and then you are pretty much on your way. After that you have to sign up for slots to do the actual deliveries.
