1st Stage was a 30 minute phone call with the recruiter and as for the 2nd stage i was invited for an on site 1 hour interview with the hiring managers and the recruiter.

I was contacted by HR Specialist and I got the first interview with her. After I received a task to prepare for the second Interview with the Manager. On the second Interview, I talked with my potential manager where I explained my simulation of a marketing project that I had received before. In this case the questions were more precise in order to test my knowledge of digital marketing but I have the feeling that it was more an exchange of opinions, so I didnt feel at school. It was very smooth process and everybody was supernice and professional.
