Very unprofessional. Recruiter reached out asking for available times to talk. I responded and never heard back from the recruiter for over a week. Finally I heard back from the recruiter 2 weeks later WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY asking if I was available to talk. Anyways, I proceeded with interview and finally was rejected. I didn't mind the rejection but the initial recruiter screening was a nightmare and did not set a good tone in representing the company!
