Got an e-mail to set up the interviews. The interview takes about 1.5 hrs. Three people interview you individually. First two seemed excited to meet me and interview. The last wasn't so thrilled. Took them 5 more weeks to check references and get back to me with an offer. I thought they had forgotten me.
