The process took about 3 weeks. It stalled after the first interview, and when I followed up, they informed me that I was in the "maybe" pile and definitely not in the "no thank you" pile. A few days later I received the rejection email. What a mess.

I applied on Indeed and the recruiter got back to me about setting up an interview. They loved my movie-related background and years of experience managing several accounts. I had most of what they were looking for between the organic social and some paid experience. It went very well but I got a very corporate-like rejection email from HR and never got any feedback despite asking.
