The screening went well — the questions were straightforward, and I felt confident about my responses. But despite that, I was rejected. What’s confusing is that the role has been open since October, and now it’s December and it’s still posted. At this point, I’m not sure if they genuinely plan to hire or if the position is just sitting there without real movement.
