Asked basic personality questions and easy coding questions like what is a loop / what is recursion and if you were able to relocate every 1-3 years. Would say that the recruiter didn't seem interested in general and sounded fake. Definitely lie and say that you have done C# and VB.net (as this is what they do) even if you have never touched the outdated language. I answered truthfully and was rejected, pretty sure that was why. Also see some reddit reviews about the company - they trap you with a 90k salary but use obselete tech and make you work overtime so def golden handcuffs but you will decline in skills.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
