I first talked to them at a job fair and after a couple minutes they invited me back the next day for the 30 minute test (as others have mention) and thirty minute interview that was more standard.
The test consisted of a lot of pattern recognition, a small amount of coding, and other logic based things. After that we talked for half an hour of normal interview questions, such as examples of leadership, if I would be willing to relocate, and one SQL question. They said they'd get back in a few weeks, and within a week I got an small saying they wanted to continue the process.
At the end of the semester, they flew me out to Denver to see their headquarters and talked with a regular implementation consultant. They made sure to ask repeatedly if relocation was something I'd find agreeable. After about an hour to two of that, the interview was over.
They sent me a generous offer letter about two weeks later

You have a 3x3 box that you want to place the numbers 1-9 in it in such as way that the sum of every row, column, and diagonal (of length three) equals the same number. How do you accomplish this?
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
