I had my first Interview through a job fair at my college. In the interview they first had me fill out a quiz that had mostly brain teaser type questions but also had a couple of programming questions. The programming questions were mostly algorithm based. After the quiz we had a quick interview with a recruiter and current employee, in which they asked a few personality questions and then discussed the programming questions from the quiz in depth. About a week after the initial interview, I received a call and an email asking to interview me a second time at their headquarters in Denver CO. The second interview was 1:1 and was followed by a dinner with two of the current employees. About a week later they called me with a job offer and I accepted.

Question 1
The questions in the second interview were mostly brain teaser and riddle type questions. Not much in the way of programming type questions but they did ask how I would explain certain computer science principles to people who did not understand computers very well.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
